Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all use of wrybe’s services (“Services”). It is designed to protect users, safeguard infrastructure, and comply with applicable law. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, termination, and/or removal of content.
1. Prohibited activities
Any use that violates applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to:
- Illegal content/activity: Any use that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Harmful content: Malware, phishing, fraud, scams, doxxing, or distribution of security exploits without consent.
- Abuse & harassment: Threats, harassment, hate or discriminatory content, or targeted abuse.
- Child safety violations: Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualisation of minors, or exploitation.
- IP infringement: Unauthorised use or distribution of copyrighted, trademarked, or other protected materials.
- Spam & unsolicited messages: Bulk, deceptive, or unsolicited messaging; list abuse; or email/domain reputation abuse.
- Resource abuse: Excessive or disruptive usage, attempts to bypass rate limits/quotas, crypto-mining, or denial-of-service behavior.
- Unauthorised access: Attempts to access another user’s account, data, or any non-public systems or APIs.
- Security testing without permission: Scanning, probing, or penetration testing of wrybe systems without our prior written consent.
- Platform integrity abuse: Interfering with safeguards, abusing automation features, or creating deceptive flows intended to mislead users.
When creating websites or web apps on wrybe.com, the following are not allowed:
- Pornography
- Adult Content (including explicit sexual content)
- Escort Services
- Violence (including incitement or promotion of violence)
- Illegal drugs (sale, distribution, or promotion)
- Self-Harm & Suicide (promotion, encouragement, or instructions)
- Child Exploitation (including any CSAM or grooming)
- Extremism & Terrorism (promotion, recruitment, or material support)
- Malware & Cybercrime (including phishing, credential theft, or exploit distribution)
2. User responsibilities
- You are accountable for all content you publish and actions performed through your account, including by collaborators you invite.
- Keep credentials safe: do not share passwords; use strong authentication methods where available.
- Respect others: do not attempt to collect personal data unlawfully, scrape non-public data, or track users without consent.
3. Content moderation and reporting
We may remove, restrict, or disable access to content that violates this AUP or that we reasonably believe could harm users, the Service, or third parties.
You can report abuse or security concerns via abuse@wrybe.com. If you believe content involves child exploitation, include “CSAM” in the subject line so it can be escalated immediately.
4. Enforcement
- We may take proportional actions including warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, suspensions, or permanent bans.
- We may preserve, review, or disclose information when legally required, to enforce our policies, or to protect users and the Service.
- Where feasible, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct issues; however, we may act without notice for severe or urgent situations.
5. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Services after the effective date indicates acceptance.
