Refunds & Consumer Rights

1. Scope and applicable law

This policy applies to services provided by Wrybe, Inc. (“wrybe”, “we”, “us”), a Delaware corporation. Consumer rights may vary depending on your country, state, or region. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

2. Subscription services and usage-based charges

Wrybe provides digital services, including subscriptions, usage-based components, and prepaid credits. Once a billing period has started or usage has occurred, fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in this policy.

3. Refund eligibility

  • Service not provided: If you were charged but the service was not made available due to a verified fault on our side, you may be eligible for a refund or service credit.
  • Material service failure: If the Service has a material failure that we cannot reasonably remedy within a reasonable time, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund or service credit for the affected period.
  • Billing errors: Verified duplicate charges or clear billing mistakes will be corrected promptly, including refunds where appropriate.

4. Non-refundable situations

  • Change of mind: we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
  • Unused time or credits: unused subscription time, quotas, or credits are not refundable.
  • User-caused issues: misconfiguration, misuse, or actions taken within your account.
  • Third-party services: fees charged by third parties (e.g., domains, external services) are subject to their own refund policies.

5. Remedies and service credits

Where appropriate, we may offer service credits instead of a cash refund. Service credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and can only be used toward future Wrybe services unless otherwise stated.

6. How to request support or a remedy

To request a refund review or report a billing or service issue, contact support@wrybe.com and include:

  • your account email
  • the date and description of the issue
  • any relevant screenshots or logs (if available)

We aim to review requests promptly and work with you in good faith to reach a fair outcome.

7. Service availability

While we strive to provide a reliable and high-availability service, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance, regional outages, or factors outside our control may affect availability. Please refer to our Terms of Service for further details.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
